Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.
Packages or gift vouchers may be forfeited in case of no-shows.
Inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if a treatment is deemed unsafe for their health.
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments unless accompanied by a guardian and with prior approval.
Please maintain a quiet and respectful environment for all guests.
Mobile phones should be silenced or turned off during treatments.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods as specified at reception.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
Packages must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.
Products purchased from the spa may be returned within 7 days in original condition, with a receipt.
Services rendered are non-refundable unless there is a proven issue with the service provided.
Nourish International Spa is not liable for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
While we strive to offer the highest quality service, results may vary per individual and no guarantees are provided.
You agree to release Nourish International Spa and its staff from any liability arising from services provided.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs/alcohol or exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
All client records and personal data are kept strictly confidential and used solely for internal purposes.
